Terms
The terms under which this website and its materials are made available.
This is a preliminary terms notice for the First Public Edition release. It will be expanded before broad public launch.
Purpose of the site
This website is the public release point for Functional Prescience™ and the Anti-inCoherence Primitive, operated by Ben-Simon Labs. It explains the doctrine, summarizes the proof lineage, presents the historical failure frame, describes the domains of application, and routes serious engagement requests.
Not professional advice
The content on this website is doctrinal and explanatory. It does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, investment advice, engineering judgment, clinical review, fiduciary guidance, or public-policy authority. AIP identifies structural conditions; it does not replace professional judgment, regulatory authority, or institutional decision-making. Any review engagement is governed by its own separate terms.
Intellectual property
Functional Prescience™ is a trademark of Ben-Simon Labs. The Anti-inCoherence Primitive is the formal theorem identity associated with Functional Prescience™. The doctrine text, proof summaries, historical decompositions, domain analyses, and site materials are the work of Ben-Simon Labs and are made available for reading and reference. They may not be reproduced as a substitute for the published work or represented as originating elsewhere.
Controlled materials
The public website does not publish the full diagnostic apparatus, full audit record, risk matrix, implementation schemas, internal scenario maps, or controlled institutional library contents. Access to controlled materials, where granted, is governed by separate agreement.
Submissions
Information submitted through the site’s forms is handled as described in the Privacy notice. You are responsible for ensuring that what you submit does not include classified, privileged, or proprietary material that you are not authorized to share.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the website moves from First Public Edition release to broader public launch. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
