Privacy

How information submitted through this website is handled.

This is a preliminary privacy notice for the First Public Edition release. It will be expanded before broad public launch.

What is collected

This website collects only the information you choose to submit through its forms: the reader-registration (Claim) form, the service inquiry form, the speaking request form, the domain review request forms, and the general contact form. The fields are limited to what each form displays — typically name, email, organization, and the details of your request.

The site does not require account creation and does not sell personal information.

How it is used

Submitted information is used only to respond to your request: to deliver the Functional Appendix to registered readers, to route and respond to review, service, and speaking inquiries, and to reply to general correspondence. For the First Public Edition, delivery and response are handled manually.

How it is stored

Form submissions are processed by the website’s hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) and may be retained in a submission log for the purpose of responding. They are not published, and they are not shared with third parties except where required to operate the response process or comply with law.

Your choices

You may request that your submitted information be corrected or deleted by contacting Ben-Simon Labs through the Contact page. Because delivery is handled manually for this edition, please include enough detail to identify your submission.

Updates

This notice may be updated as the website moves from First Public Edition release to broader public launch. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
