1. Acceptance
By accessing functionalprescience.com, functionalprescience.org, or any related Ben-Simon Labs property (collectively, the "Sites"), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Trademark
Functional Prescience™ and the Anti-inCoherence Primitive are trademarks of Ben-Simon Labs. All rights reserved. No licence is granted by access to the Sites.
3. The Book and the Functional Appendix
Purchase of the book entitles the registered reader to claim the included Functional Appendix subject to verification and to these terms. The Appendix is provided for the reader's personal, non-transferable use. It may not be redistributed, republished, or used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any model or system without prior written permission.
4. Institutional Access
Access to the Technical Companion, Audit Record, Applied Diagnostic Reference, and Complete Institutional Library is granted only following review of an institutional inquiry. Such access is governed by a separate written agreement between Ben-Simon Labs and the receiving party.
5. Use of the Sites
- You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the Sites.
- You will not scrape, harvest, or systematically reproduce material on the Sites.
- You will not misrepresent your identity or organisation in any submission.
6. Disclaimers
The Sites and their contents are provided as a public record of the doctrine. They are not professional advice. Use of the Functional Appendix or any other material is at the user's own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ben-Simon Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from access to or use of the Sites, the book, the Appendix, or any institutional material.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ben-Simon Labs is established. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Updates
These terms may be updated. The effective date of the current version is shown below. Continued use of the Sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
